About Lyla Shine

I like to take photos and write in my free time. I’ve always been attracted to writing because I constantly have a galaxy of thoughts in my head. My favorite inspiration is finding something that is so overlooked because it's "simple" and highlighting the unseen perspective on it.

Beyond how my mind sees the world, my eyes see the world through a cinematic lens. Every moment runs through my brain as if it's a filmmaker running tape. I always watch the present moment as if it's on a big screen and say to myself, "Wow look at that shot!" The beauty of these two passions is that they can work simultaneously. So as soon as I see the shot I also hear a million new plots in my mind. My dream is to show the world a peek into my imagination.

One of my favorite environments to be in is a room full of people. You get to meet new faces, learn new facts, and brainstorm ideas. For me, when people talk about a problem, solutions will sprout in my mind like wildfire and it is very exhilarating for me!
